All orders have a 30 day return policy from the day they were delivered. There are some variations to this rule that apply to online orders only. Our retail stores have a 30 day return policy.

• Refunds have a 30 day return window.
• Exchanges have a 45 day return window.
• Returns for store credit have a 45 day window.
  

• Exchanges and store credit returns are provided with free return shipping
• For returns where a refund is selected, we charge a small fee of £2.50 to partly cover the cost of the return label. This fee is deducted from the refund total once your return is received.

You can indeed! We will just need you to take your packing slip or a print out of your confimation email along with your items.

We do indeed! Once your return is submitted, you will be able to see an option to view your QR Code. Please make sure to screenshot or take a picture of the QR code as currently, it can only be viewed once. If you find that you have lost your QR code, please let us know and we can send you a copy.

Please use the return portal above. After entering your order details, select the item you wish to exchange and select the reaon for your return. After this, select the return option "exchange". This will show you the sizes that are currently in stock and available to exchange it for.

Unfortunately, if the size you wanted is not showing, it means that we do not currently have stock of that size. This could either be due to it not being stocked in that size, or that size is currently out of stock. In this case, we would recommend either requesting a refund or store credit instead.

We are sorry to say that this feature is currently unavailable.

Only the same product with different sizes of the same price are currently available through the exchange option.

For example:

• All rings have the same price for each size and can be exchanged.
  
• Chains do not have the same price for each size and cannot be exchanged.

Absolutely! We can exchange it as many times as you need.

When choosing a refund to store credit, you will receive a gift card code for the amount due as soon as the return is processed. Please note that this credit can only be used online.

Please allow up to 10 working days from the day you send your return for refunds. We will let you know via email when we have processed the refund.

We can only refund back to the original payment method used.

Once the refund has been processed, it normally takes up to 5 workings days to arrive back with you, depending on your bank.
