Turquoise Tube Bead Necklace

This handmade necklace is the perfect summer accessory and makes for a great layering piece. Crafted by Native American's of the Navajo Nation, the beads are created from genuine reformed turquoise beads and are set against sterling silver beads. This necklace is 46cm in length so sits nicely just below the collarbone area. 

Buying for someone special? Our products come wrapped together in tissue as standard. This is to reduce packaging waste and keep prices low by not including the cost of packaging in our prices, but we appreciate the need for it when giving as a gift. 

A box or organza bag is available for a small extra fee. We don’t make any profit on the price of our gift packaging, it is simply there as an option for gifters.

To keep this item in best condition when it is not being worn: store away from air, preferably in a plastic bag or wrapped in acid free tissue. Should a surface layer of tarnish appear, simply polish off using an ESSENTIAL polishing cloth. Perfume should not be sprayed directly onto sterling silver jewellery. Sterling silver jewellery should not be worn in chlorinated water.

Turquoise needs to be cared for to stay in top condition. Because the stone is sensitive to chemicals and naturally fragile, it should not come in contact with strong perfumes or chemicals, should be kept away from direct sunlight, and should not be hit or knocked against hard surfaces. Turquoise is easily scratched, so it is important to care for it during storage as well. Keep it in a separate pouch away from other jewellery to avoid scratching. To clean your turquoise, wipe the stone with a soft cotton cloth to remove surface oil and dirt. A damp cloth can be used but it is not recommended to submerge turquoise in water. Ensure the turquoise is dry before storing. Ultrasonic and steam cleaners are not appropriate for turquoise and are likely to damage the stone.
